Strategic Planning Day
- Who is it for: Business owners (Executive Team may be included)
- Duration: 1 Full Day Session
- Output: Cash Flow Projection Model including: KPI Identification, Salary Cap, Core Capital Levels, Cash Flow and Profitability Projection, Strategic Planning Content including: Development of Values Filter, D.O.S (Dangers, Opportunities, Strengths) Exercises, Priorities Development & Timeline of Execution, Long-term Vision Plan
- Deliverables: Customized Cash Flow Projection Model & Strategic Focus Plan
- Cost: $4,000 per session (not including travel expenses of approx $500)
Monthly Consulting Service
- Who is it for: Business owners (Executive Team may be included) who have completed the Strategic Planning Day
- Frequency: Monthly
- Output: 1 hour conference call or in-person meeting, Updated Cash Flow Projection Model, Business KPI Dashboard, Discussion of business trends and any issues / shareholder support & tax planning
- Deliverables: Customized Cash Flow Projection Model – updated monthly
- Cost: $800 – $1,300 per month (Includes corporate and individual tax return preparation) or $600 – $800 per month (without corporate and individual tax return preparation)
Quarterly Consulting Service
- Who is it for: Business owners (Executive Team may be included) who have completed the Strategic Planning Day
- Frequency: Quarterly
- Output: 1 hour conference call or in-person meeting, Updated Cash Flow Projection Model, Business KPI Dashboard, Discussion of business trends and any issues / shareholder support & tax planning
- Deliverables: Customized Cash Flow Projection Model – updated quarterly
- Cost: $600 – $900 per month (Includes corporate and individual tax return preparation) or $400 – $600 per month (without corporate and individual tax return preparation)
